This month, we want to challenge you to try something new to help you bring focus inwards. We have said before that Journaling has incredible benefits to help connect with your soul (Read "Why You Should Start Journalling" for reference). Taking the time to better understand who you are can leave a feeling of inner happiness and strength. Whatever you decide to do, hold yourself accountable to do it 3 times a week.
