Spring: The Season of Self Love

Spring has sprung and this is a good time to get your priorities in check- including yourself. We get busy, and often times put our own needs aside well focussing on tackling those long to-do lists. This spring, we are challenging you to focus on self love.

An amazing way to show yourself some love, is attending workshops in, or outside of your city. Maybe it is a workshop to learn a new skill, or maybe it is a workshop that is focused on something more deep. Take yourself out of your comfort zone, and be open to new skills and opportunities. When we open our minds to new opportunities, we are allowing a new part of ourselves develop.  

Spring is the best time to clean up more than just your closet. On May 28th, Wellness on Whyte is hosting an event called 'I am enough'. This afternoon is filled with workshops that are designed to help you strengthen you self-worth. Everything you need is already inside of you, and this workshop will guide you in the right direction.
