What is Chaga?
Chaga is a type of mushroom that comes from birch trees that live in cooler climates. This mushroom is packed with nutrients which is why you should drink more chaga tea!
- Bring 12 cups of water to a boil
- Add 1/4 cup of Chaga
-Simmer for 3-4 hours
Making a big batch of Chaga is perfect due to the long amount of time it take to extract the nutrients. Once your batch is made, we recommend that you put the remaining tea into mason jars. When re-heating your tea, let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
