Matte Sodalite, Grey Druzy, Matte Howlite with Lava

Sodalite- Blue is associated with the throat chakra. Sodalite may help access your inner truths and remind you to speak from this place. Some believe sodalite fosters self-acceptance.

Grey Druzy is believed by some to be of a healing vibration, fostering love and the courage to start again. This is useful for any kind of emotional trauma. Historically, some believe it creates a sense of safety and security by dissolving internal tension. It can serve as a reminder for quiet contemplation and assimilation of life experiences, leading to spiritual growth and inner stability.

Howlite – thought to calm upset states of mind and emotion. When you want to decrease an overly critical state of mind, stress, and anxiety, use Howlite to set your intention.

Lava- Traditionally thought to provide stability in times of change. A connection to the earth which may calm the wearer and dissipate anger. A very grounding stone. Lava can also be used to carry essential oils.
