Science confirms people absorb energy from others. So, spread your love and light by starting your hellos and ending your goodbyes with a hug.
3. Uplifting. Hugs help people get through bad days. Giving a hug is a way of giving the special people in your life some comfort. After a long day, or after dealing with an unfavourable situation, it is often refreshing to receive a hug from someone you love.
